Our Delivery Objectives:
Delivery times vary according to product. We take into account the time for processing, packaging and then shipping out to you.
Due to the ongoing Health Emergency, shipping and delivery times have been affected for most areas, and especially for international orders. Our service providers are working 24/7 to get our shipping times back to normal. So, we expect a delay of 7 to 10 days of delivery to countries we ship to.
We will keep you informed all the way about your order and ensure we deliver your product(s) as fast as possible and in secure packaging.

Where do you ship/deliver to ?
At the moment, we only ship and deliver our products to the U.S, U.K, Canada and New Zealand.
We hope to add more countries soon and eventually begin to ship internationally.
What payment methods do you accept ?
You can complete your purchase with your Credit/Debit card on Checkout.
More payment options will be available as soon as possible.

What are your shipping/delivery charges ?
Shipping cost is calculated as you input your details on checkout.
Occasionally we will offer FREE SHIPPING, but based on particular locations.
We also send out discount codes to customers who join our Newsletters to stay up to date with our news and product launch.
How long will my order take to arrive ?
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the processing of your order.
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic we are seeing delivery times between 10 to 15 business days.
However, we will communicate to you directly via email, when your order has been process, and shipping.
Where is my order ?
As soon as our order ships, we will provide you with tracking so you can know exactly where your package is at all times.
If your order does not require tracking, we will notified you as soon as it has been shipped and if you do not receive your order within 30 business days, please Contact Us and we will look into it immediately.
What if I used the wrong address ?
Please check your address when placing your order and afterwards the address can be found on your order confirmation/receipt.
If you realize that you have entered the wrong address, please Contact Us immediately (preferably 1 to 2 days between order placement) and we will do our best to rectify the error if we can.
If the order has already been shipped out, it will be returned to us if the courier unable to deliver the package.
Do you offer exchanges and refunds ?
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges at the moment. We are a small independently-run online art and print store.
